About anxiety

Today I want to talk about anxiety and turning it into confidence and magnetizing energy. When you feel anxious, sit down, put your phone away or tv off and think about how you actually feel deep down? Are you sad about something that happened during the day or earlier? Are you angry at someone for crossing your boudaries? Have you been putting off something important you should have done and you’re feeling dissapointed in yourself?Just identify the core feeling and what causes it, sometimes it really is anxiety, If you are in a situation that makes you uncomfortable or thinking about memories or possible future events that make you worried or sad. Then feel it completely, don’t try to suffocate your sadness or anger, but let it come, talk to someone about it, cry about it…Then express it into writing, dancing, music, painting, do the unfinished work you’ve been procrastinating, clean your apartment, whatever your method of choice is to get the feeling out of your system and turning it into something creative or practical.After that, I recommend doing some meditation, somatic movement, self-care routine or some pampering treatment, exercises to calm your nervous system, or whatever Works for you to return to the state of calmness and parasympathetic nervous system.I’m planning to start recording practices and audios for especially anxiety control, panic attacks, depression moods, and mental health care altogether, so stay tuned and stay strong even though this dark, cold season is trying to make us all feel more tired and less upbeat than usual, remember that happiness can be a choice you make, if you choose to focus on all the positive things and remember to be grateful for them! ✨🙏🧘
