Welcome to Annina B. Yoga & Wellness – a space for deep rest, embodied strength and Sacred feminine wisdom.

My name is Annina Bogdanoff, and I am a Finnish yoga teacher, movement guide and holistic wellness practitioner. I offer classes, workshops and private sessions that combine yoga, somatic practices and mind–body awareness. My approach is warm, intuitive and trauma-sensitive, and I guide my students to connect with their bodies safely, softly and with curiosity.

I have personally rebuilt my confidence, inner strength and body–mind connection through embodied practices. These tools helped me recover from burnout, anxiety, depression and the challenges of living with ADHD. Because of this, my teaching is grounded, compassionate and deeply human: I teach what I have lived.

I am based in Helsinki, Finland, teaching mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area and online.
